Scandalous Liaisons is a mini-campaign set in the city of Fioracitta. It introduces several important NPCs who can assist or hinder the characters, and provides for at least six sessions of gameplay centred around these movers and shakers. Full NPC statistics are given, along with maps for the locations and adventures.
