Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible either via email (designmechanism@gmail.com) or using the automated Contact Us form, providing your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and reply within 3 business days, and will be happy to work with you to find the best solution.
Shipping
All our titles are printed on demand, and usually print and ship in around 14 days of the order being placed. Once your order is ready for shipping, we will update the shipping status of your order and provide the tracking number. Therefore please allow at least 14 days for the tracking details to be generated.
We endeavour to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
